~Frederer: QVC operator immediately knew who I was by my phone and knew immediately what the charge was for. I'd forgotten that I'd made a six-easy-payment purchase last year.

~Frederer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frederer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QVC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frederer: For that I would say three out of five.
