~willbymann: * days ago i bought the reload pack and tried to load my paypal card, but all i get from their website is a message saying they're having technical difficulties and to try again later. Well here it is, * days LATER and they're STILL having " Technical difficulties ". I needed that money on my card * days ago. I will never use this company again.

~willbymann: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about REloadit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~willbymann: For that I would say one out of five.
