~Yvonne: I have a real need to talk to a person when dialing customer service. I put money on a card and cannot use it. I don't have any money left. HELP!*******@***.com

~Yvonne: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Yvonne: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about REloadit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Yvonne: For that I would say one out of five.
