GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's REloadit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MrDinkins: I have been a reloadit customer for over a year and never had a problem with them until they rolled out their new system on Friday ***. Over the course of the weekend they "lost" over $*k of my money. I called customer service * times and was told * different excuses. The first guy just told me that there are so many cards being registered so it's just taking longer than usual and to keep trying. So after ** hours of trying. I figured I'd get some new reloadit packs and set up a new safe. After *hours to get my card verified I loaded the packs and after * hours of "technical difficulties" on their end I called again and the nice girl told me that the Only* visa card that I waited * hours for them to verify was not accepting the pack and that I should. I told her that I've loaded pack numerous times and she said that only* isn't their partner anymore which was a outright lie. She suggested that I call only* and they will be able to load the packs for me. Outright lie number *. I humored
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting REloadit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a REloadit problem?
~MrDinkins: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MrDinkins: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about REloadit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MrDinkins: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other REloadit customers?
~MrDinkins: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for REloadit to know who you are.
