~kathi: had purchased reload it cards and they had gotten into the wrong hands - was able to recoup a little more than *** my money. thanks to the kind & patient person on the other end of my phone line.

~kathi: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kathi: For that I would say one out of five.
