~usi wirless dissapointment: Customer service has been trained very well to deal with customers and tech problems. However after y months of continued problems it is hard to love our internet. Node, firmware, hardware modem and other problems have dogged our relationship. The sad part is to think you can bring work home to be around the family and end up having to go back to work. Worst part- internet down through both of the xmas and newyears holiday. No movies, no email, nothing. Unreliable and to think our city has a ten year contract with them. Tired and ready to cancel.
