~happy: I called in for technical support and tried pressing option * for sales so I could speak to someone quicker but they transferred me to the technical support queue in which I then waited an additional * minutes. I submitted an update so hopefully they will change that because there isn't any shortcuts. Overall the customer service reps that I spoke to both in sales and tech support was very kind and they were able to resolve my issues.

~happy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~happy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USI Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~happy: For that I would say three out of five.
