~disappointed: Customer service tries but the technology just isn't there. The connection was pretty good when I first became a customer a couple of years ago and now it is completely AWFUL. I need to connect remotely for work and it often takes me an hour to even establish a connection. I am switching to Comcast even though I will lose * months of pre-payment and I purchased the Ruckus with USI. Those are small costs compared to the level of frustration.

~disappointed: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disappointed: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USI Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disappointed: For that I would say five out of five.
