~pissedoff: I prepaid for an entire year for a *mb connection and even bought the modem. From day one I havent been able to get above *mb so they came out and installed a dish antenna on my roof which they mounted it right in the way of my directv dish causing my sat box to lose signal. I told them it was messing up my tv and they topld me to call directv and have them move their dish??? To top it off the new antenna they put up didnt improve anything! Now theyre saying its a bad node in my block and they said theyed have someone out to fix it ASAP and that was * months ago and everytime I ask them about it they say either that theres a work order for the repair of the node or they just tell me theyll look in to it. When I ask for an ETA of the node repair they just tell me they cant answer the question cuz they dont know..?? I wish I knew a legal eagle cuz Id file a law suite against them in a second!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pissedoff: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USI Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pissedoff: For that I would say five out of five.

~pissedoff: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USI Wireless to know who you are.
