GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-jackiesa: Columbia offered to honor their warranty and to replace my winter jacket, but said I had to talk with them on the phone to arrange for the exchange. I waited on hold * times for almost or over ** minutes, and never connected with them. I have a pay-as-you-go phone service, so emailed them several times, hoping to do it by email. They sent a form reply saying they respond within * days, but have not. This has been going on for several months--I think they are hoping I will simply give up in frustration. I want my replacement. I loved the one I returned to them, and still think they make a great product, but am getting fed up with their lack of attention. Thank you
